The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie is an action, adventure, and role-playing game set after the Great Twilight, the disaster that shook Zemuria. As peace begins to return, a new crisis draws together the journeys of Rean Schwarzer, Lloyd Bannings, and the masked figure known as C.

Its three connected perspectives reveal a conspiracy that threatens the continent's uneasy stability. The narrative brings back established heroes, introduces new characters, and explores changing relationships and alliances across its intersecting routes.

Three Routes, One Crisis

The Crossroads system lets players move between the story paths of Rean, Lloyd, and C at designated points. Each route provides a different view of the central conflict, with their stories gradually exposing its larger scope.

Strategic Party Battles

Combat uses turn-based battles built around Crafts, Arts, and Brave Orders. Characters can be tailored through Orbment customization, equipping Quartz for stat improvements and additional abilities. The United Front system adds powerful party-wide combined attacks.

True Reverie Corridor

The True Reverie Corridor is a customizable dungeon-crawling mode with procedurally generated areas. It supports experimentation with party formations, offers gear and materials, and includes special episodes that add further character and world details.

Optional Character Moments

Alongside the main routes, optional bonding events allow players to spend time with allies and learn more about their relationships. Exploration also includes side quests, hidden items, and conversations throughout the adventure.
