Jitsu Squad is an action-adventure arcade game for Nintendo Switch, released on December 9, 2022. Developed and published by ININ Games, it presents a colorful side-scrolling brawler built around fast attacks, combos, and character-specific fighting styles.

The adventure follows four warriors brought together after the sorcerer Kageyama releases an ancient demon upon the world. As the team travels through challenging environments and confronts his minions, they uncover more about the threat behind the invasion.

Four fighters, distinct approaches

Players can select from four members of the Jitsu Squad, each with individual special moves and combat techniques. Battles emphasize chaining attacks, launching enemies into air juggles, and using powerful super moves to control large groups of opponents.

Arcade brawling action

The game uses 2D side-scrolling stages filled with enemies, power-ups, collectible orbs, and major boss encounters. Parries and dodges offer defensive options that can create openings for counterattacks, while stronger foes and boss patterns demand careful timing.

Local cooperative play

Jitsu Squad supports local co-op for up to four players. Teammates can combine attacks, handle crowded encounters together, and revive fallen allies as they progress through the hand-drawn world.
