Coffee Talk is a visual novel from Toge Productions set in an alternate Seattle shared by humans and mythical beings. As the quiet barista of a late-night café, you welcome customers looking for a drink, a listener, or a place to sort through their problems.

Across a series of nightly encounters, the café becomes a meeting point for characters dealing with relationships, work, prejudice, and self-discovery. Their stories unfold through conversation, with the beverages you prepare helping guide particular interactions.

A café for every kind of customer

The visitors include Freya, a writer under pressure from deadlines; Myrtle, an orc game developer; and Lua and Baileys, a succubus and elf whose relationship faces family disapproval. These slice-of-life stories explore empathy, acceptance, and the connections that can form between very different people.

Brewing drinks

Drink preparation is the central interactive element. Choose a base such as coffee, tea, green tea, or chocolate, then combine it with ingredients and toppings including milk, ginger, honey, cinnamon, mint, and lemon. Some requests require careful attention to dialogue, while experimenting with combinations can reveal additional recipes.

Brewpad and latte art

The Brewpad records unlocked recipes, ingredient details, customer profiles, and other background information. Certain milk-based drinks also allow latte art, letting you create patterns on the surface before serving them. As days pass, customers return and their ongoing stories develop.
