F1 Manager 2024 is a Formula 1 management simulation for Nintendo Switch released on July 23, 2024. As Team Principal, players guide a team through the pressures of competition, with each season shaped by their own decisions rather than a fixed narrative.

The role extends from long-term planning at the factory to critical calls during race weekends. Driver performance, team resources, development priorities, and changing conditions all influence the path toward championship success.

Build a Team Legacy

Create a unique management journey by deciding how to develop the team over time. Sign drivers, engineers, and support staff, handle contracts, and maintain financial stability while working toward greater competitiveness. Facility improvements and staff morale also contribute to the team’s progress.

Develop the Car

Research new technology, create upgraded parts, and address the weakest areas of the car. Careful development choices matter, as teams must balance performance ambitions with reliability, budget considerations, and longer-term goals.

Make Race Weekend Decisions

Practice sessions provide opportunities to understand track conditions, driver preferences, and setup options before qualifying and the race. During events, managers must respond to tire wear, fuel levels, weather changes, safety cars, and rival strategies while directing pit stops and overall race plans.
