Dalila explores dark laboratories, abandoned areas, and confined corridors while uncovering fragmented clues about what happened within the complex. Documents, audio logs, survivors, and unexpected developments gradually reveal the disturbing truth behind the outbreak.

Combat demands careful use of limited ammunition, health supplies, and inventory space. Enemies have different attack patterns, encouraging players to observe threats, plan their response, and decide when avoiding a fight may be safer than confronting it.
