Mary Skelter Finale is a dark fantasy action role-playing game for Nintendo Switch, developed and published by Idea Factory. Released on September 30, 2021, it brings together protagonists from across the series for its closing chapter.

Humanity remains imprisoned within the living Jail, a hostile realm inhabited by Marchen and Nightmares. The Blood Maidens, fighters with extraordinary powers, awaken in the unfamiliar Liberated District and must uncover its secrets while fleeing the destructive entity known as Genocide Pink.

A reunited cast

Previous series protagonists return as the Blood Maidens face a shared crisis despite their differences. Their journey centers on survival, escape, and the fate of humanity as revelations, sacrifices, and the truth behind the new Jail emerge.

Dungeon exploration and combat

The adventure focuses on navigating sprawling, multi-layered dungeon environments with traps, puzzles, hidden routes, and hostile creatures. Battles are turn-based, requiring players to use the different abilities and classes of a large Blood Maiden party against the Marchen.

Zapping System and Blood Skelter

The Zapping System lets players alternate between several groups of protagonists, coordinating teams in separate parts of the Jail to progress through its challenges. Blood Skelter offers a powerful but dangerous transformation, adding risk to combat decisions. Equipment can be upgraded, and party management includes skills, resources, blood farming, and purification.
