SD GUNDAM BATTLE ALLIANCE Deluxe Edition brings super-deformed mobile suits from across the Gundam universe into a fast-paced action role-playing adventure. Released for Nintendo Switch on August 25, 2022, it combines melee combat, ranged attacks, squad building, and mobile suit progression.

The story centers on mysterious Breaks that disrupt the timelines of established Gundam series. As data from multiple worlds becomes tangled, players lead a team through altered historical events, confront familiar characters and machines, and work to restore each saga's intended course.

Three-Unit Mobile Suit Teams

Players build a squad of three mobile suits and pilots drawn from different Gundam eras. Unit types such as All-Rounders, Sharpshooters, and Infighters offer different approaches, while team composition can be adjusted to suit individual missions and combat preferences.

Action RPG Combat

Battles take place in 3D arenas with close-range strikes, shooting attacks, dodges, guards, special moves, and partner assists. Chain Breaker attacks can link combos and powerful actions, while targeting enemy parts may create openings or limit dangerous attacks.

Upgrades and Mission Progression

Mobile suits can be improved through stats, abilities, parts, blueprints, and capital collected during missions. Replaying completed stages provides further opportunities to develop units and prepare for more demanding encounters.

Nintendo Switch Play

The game supports handheld and TV play modes, with single-system play for one to three players. It is rated Teen 12+ and is published and developed by BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment.
