Super Neptunia RPG is an Adventure and Role Playing game for Nintendo Switch, developed by Reef Entertainment and published by Idea Factory. Released on June 28, 2019, it presents the Neptunia cast in a hand-drawn 2D world with side-scrolling exploration and turn-based battles.

Neptune awakens with no memory in a strange land controlled by Bombyx Mori, an organization that demands the creation of 2D games and destroys anything outside its standards. Joined by Noire, Blanc, and Vert—who have also lost their memories—she searches for answers while confronting the forces shaping this world.

A world built around 2D

The journey follows the goddesses as their search for their past grows into a struggle against Bombyx Mori. As they explore the land, discover hidden areas, and take on side quests, they uncover connections to a 3D world and the secrets behind the reality surrounding them.

Turn-based combat and formations

Battles use a shared Action Point gauge for attacks, skills, spells, and defensive choices. Party formations affect character positioning, stat bonuses, and available abilities, while the four goddesses bring elemental strengths that can be used against enemy weaknesses.

Skills, breaks, and equipment

Goddess Skills can change a party's combat approach, and Break attacks reduce enemy defenses to create openings for stronger combinations. Weapons, armor, and accessories improve character stats, while guild quests provide additional rewards and experience. The game is available in English and French in the Europe and USA region.
