Resident Evil 1 HD is a survival-horror action adventure from Capcom, released for Nintendo Switch on May 21, 2019. Set near Raccoon City, it follows the S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team as its investigation into a missing unit leads to the isolated Spencer Mansion.

Players select Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine, whose starting equipment and story details differ slightly. Inside the mansion and its surrounding areas, they uncover evidence of biological experiments, the T-Virus, and Umbrella Corporation's hidden activities while searching for a way out.

Survival inside Spencer Mansion

The mansion’s fixed camera perspectives create a deliberate, cinematic sense of danger.
