A Lost Note follows Elara, a young girl able to hear echoes from the past. When the ancient melody protecting Harmonia disappears, color fades from the village and its creatures fall quiet. A damaged piece of sheet music leads her toward the scattered fragments needed to restore the song.

Her journey crosses distinct environments, including forests and caverns, where spirits, sages, and tricksters provide clues or stand in her way. The search gradually reveals that the missing melody is deeply connected to Harmonia itself.
