AEW: Fight Forever

04 About AEW: Fight Forever

AEW: Fight Forever is a fighting and sports game for Nintendo Switch, released on June 29, 2023. Developed and published by THQ Nordic, it presents All Elite Wrestling action with a fast, arcade-inspired approach to grappling, striking, reversals, signature techniques, and finishers.

The game combines accessible controls with momentum-based match strategy. Players can select from a roster of AEW wrestlers, experiment with different move sets, and build toward decisive finishing attacks during unpredictable bouts.

Road to Elite Career Mode

Road to Elite provides a career-focused mode rather than a single linear storyline. Players guide a selected wrestler or created character through a wrestling year, taking part in events and training while making choices that can shape rivalries, championship opportunities, and career progression.

Match Types and Wrestling Action

Matches emphasize chaining attacks, responding to opponents with counters, and using high-flying offense. Available match types include Lights Out and Exploding Barbed Wire Deathmatch, adding different rules and environments to the core wrestling format.

Creation and Extra Activities

Create-a-wrestler and arena customization allow players to personalize their presentation. The game also includes mini-games alongside its wrestling events, offering a change of pace from standard matches.

Languages and Availability

AEW: Fight Forever supports English, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish. Base game, update, and DLC content are available separately.
