Assassin’s Creed III Remastered

04 About Assassin’s Creed III Remastered

Assassin’s Creed III Remastered is an action-adventure game set during the turbulent years of the American Revolution. Developed and published by Ubisoft, it arrived on Nintendo Switch on May 21, 2019.

Players follow Ratonhnhaké:ton, known as Connor, a half-Mohawk and half-British Assassin whose fight to defend his people and homeland becomes entangled with the growing conflict between the colonies and the Templars.

A Revolution Through Connor’s Eyes

Connor’s journey brings him into contact with figures including George Washington and Benjamin Franklin while exploring themes of freedom, identity, sacrifice, and the difficult choices made in war. The game also continues the present-day storyline of Desmond Miles as he faces the approaching 2012 catastrophe.

Cities, Frontier, and Open Seas

The adventure spans colonial cities and the American frontier, offering rooftops, forests, wilderness, missions, secrets, and collectibles to uncover. Players can use parkour to move through the environment, approach targets with stealth and disguises, or face enemies in direct combat.

Combat, Hunting, and Naval Warfare

Refined combat supports a range of weapons along with counter-attacks and dodges. Hunting provides resources for crafting and upgrades, while homestead missions can unlock additional recipes and allies. Connor can also command the Aquila in naval battles, with ship upgrades supporting stronger performance at sea.
