04 About Digimon World: Next Order

Digimon World: Next Order sends a chosen human back to the Digital World, where Machinedramon has caused widespread disorder. Digimon are losing their memories and returning to basic forms, placing both the human and Digital Worlds in danger.

Accompanied by two Digimon partners, players work to uncover the cause of the crisis while helping restore peace. The adventure combines creature raising, exploration, real-time combat, and the gradual rebuilding of the hub city, Floatia.

Raise Two Digimon Partners

Your two partners develop from Fresh Digimon toward stronger forms through training and care. Their Strength, Stamina, Wisdom, and other development choices influence their combat ability and available digivolution paths. Hunger, fatigue, discipline, mood, and loyalty also require attention as the pair grows.

Explore and Battle

Travel through varied areas of the Digital World, encounter wild Digimon, gather resources, and search for useful items. Battles unfold in real time: partners fight autonomously while you provide commands when needed. The ExE Evolution mechanic can offer additional power during difficult encounters.

Restore Floatia

Floatia serves as the central city of the journey. Recruiting lost Digimon helps rebuild and expand it, opening facilities, merchants, training options, gear, food, and other services that support further exploration and partner development.
