DINOSAURS: Mission Dino Camp is an action-adventure game from Wild River Games, released for Nintendo Switch on October 19, 2023. Set on a remote island research camp, it follows a new recruit studying dinosaurs returned to their natural habitats.

A powerful storm disrupts the camp’s containment systems, leaving dinosaur species loose across the island. The mission changes from observation to survival, rescue, and restoring essential power systems while searching for missing colleagues.

A dangerous island mission

The island combines dense jungle, rocky shores, rivers, and other hazardous terrain. Players must travel through these environments, investigate the cause of the failure, and work toward bringing the camp back under control. Herbivores and carnivores inhabit the area, and understanding their behavior is important when moving through the wilderness.

Exploration and survival

Gameplay centers on exploration, resource gathering, crafting, environmental interaction, and puzzle-solving. Materials can be used for useful equipment, shelters, and distraction devices, while inventory and health management are part of staying prepared. Climbing vines, swimming through rivers, and uncovering hidden locations support progress through the island.
