Fire Emblem Warriors is an action game developed by Koei Tecmo Games and published by Nintendo for Nintendo Switch. Released on October 20, 2017, it brings together characters from multiple Fire Emblem titles in a Warriors-style battlefield format.

The adventure follows Aytolis twins Rowan and Lianna after dimensional rifts draw warriors from other worlds into their kingdom. To confront the spreading darkness, they seek the Shield of Flames and join forces with heroes including Marth, Chrom, Ryoma, and Corrin.

Large-Scale Battles

Combat centers on controlling powerful heroes against crowds of enemies while defending allied positions and taking down enemy commanders. Players can command up to four heroes, swap between them during a battle, and issue orders across the map to respond to changing objectives.

Fire Emblem Strategy

Alongside fast-paced attacks, battles use familiar Fire Emblem systems. The weapon triangle gives swords an advantage over axes, axes over lances, and lances over swords. Pair Up strengthens allied characters and enables combined attacks, while Awakening and Warrior Special moves deliver heavy damage.

Hero Growth and Modes

Heroes can gain levels, learn skills, and equip stronger weapons and crests. In addition to the main Story mode, the game includes History and Challenge modes, offering further battles featuring its crossover roster.
