Gargoyles Remastered is an action-adventure platformer based on the classic 16-bit game and Disney animated series. Players take control of Goliath as he faces a dangerous conflict involving his scattered clan, Demona, Xanatos, and the powerful Eye of Odin.

The adventure combines side-scrolling traversal, environmental interaction, and close-range combat. Goliath’s strength and mobility are central to overcoming the hazards, enemies, and demanding encounters found throughout his journey.

A remastered classic

The game preserves the original action-platforming foundation while adding a new remastered visual presentation. Players can switch between the classic 16-bit look and updated artwork during play, allowing the game’s original style and its modernized appearance to be viewed at any time.

Goliath’s abilities

Goliath can glide across gaps, climb walls to reach higher routes, and fight with powerful punches and kicks. He can also use parts of the environment to his advantage by smashing objects or grabbing and throwing enemies. These abilities support exploration as well as combat.

Challenges across the city

Stages test timing, movement, and observation through platforming obstacles, hidden routes, enemy encounters, and boss battles. Learning how opponents behave, using wall climbing for positioning, and making careful use of gliding can help Goliath navigate difficult sections and confront formidable foes.
