Just Dance 2022

04 About Just Dance 2022

Just Dance 2022 brings rhythm-focused dance routines to Nintendo Switch. Developed and published by Ubisoft, it centers on following on-screen coaches, matching choreography, and aiming for accurate timing as each track plays.

Rather than telling a linear story, the game presents individual songs through their own themed visuals, costumes, and dance styles. Players can approach its routines as a personal progression through new steps, scores, and performances.

Dance gameplay

A Joy-Con is held while following the movements shown on screen. Performance is judged through timing and accuracy, with feedback provided during routines. Each song introduces its own choreography, encouraging players to learn movements and improve their results over repeated attempts.

Songs and modes

The song selection combines popular tracks and familiar classics. Just Dance 2022 includes Sweat Mode, Co-op mode, Versus mode, and a Kids Mode with simpler choreographies and child-friendly songs. Just Dance Unlimited adds access to further tracks and exclusive content.

Release information

Just Dance 2022 was released on November 4, 2021. It is available in Europe, the USA, Asia, and Japan, with language support including English, Japanese, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, Russian, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, and Korean.
