LIVE A LIVE is a role-playing game developed by Square Enix and published by Nintendo, released for Nintendo Switch on July 22, 2022. This reimagining presents multiple self-contained scenarios set from prehistory to the distant future.

Each chapter follows a different protagonist, including figures such as a caveman, ninja, cowboy, and wrestler. Their individual journeys feature distinct motives, challenges, and settings while contributing to a larger connection between the eras.

Stories Across Time

The game moves between varied historical periods, with every scenario offering its own characters and narrative focus. Themes including heroism, sacrifice, and destiny emerge through these separate tales, which gradually reveal links between their otherwise distant lives.
