Moonshine Inc. is a strategy and simulation game from Klabater, released for Nintendo Switch on July 11, 2024. It follows a young entrepreneur attempting to restore a family moonshine business from a secluded wilderness distillery.

The operation begins on a small scale, but growth brings greater demands. Players manage ingredients, recipes, equipment, deliveries, contacts, and the risks that come with running an illegal alcohol business.

Build the distillery

Production involves gathering resources such as sugar, yeast, and water, then experimenting with recipes to make different varieties of moonshine. Each spirit can have its own flavor and market demand, making recipe choices part of the business strategy.

Expand with care

New equipment and distillery improvements can raise output and product quality. Profits can also support a broader network of buyers and distribution routes, but investments must be balanced against the need to keep the operation running efficiently.

Risk, rivals, and decisions

Authorities, competing gangs, and changing opportunities create pressure around every expansion. Players can use camouflage, stealth-focused improvements, and bribes to reduce attention while choosing how to handle allies, rivals, and business decisions. Character interactions provide quests and potential new opportunities.
