Ni no Kuni Remastered: Wrath of the White Witch is a role-playing game developed by Level-5 and published by Namco Bandai. Released for Nintendo Switch on September 20, 2019, it supports English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.

The adventure follows Oliver, a boy from Motorville whose doll, Mr. Drippy, suddenly comes to life. He learns that his late mother is soul-linked to a great sage in the other world of Ni no Kuni, setting him on a mission to save both realms from the dark djinn Shadar.

A journey across Ni no Kuni

Oliver travels through towns, forests, dungeons, and other varied locations while facing corrupted creatures and uncovering the influence of the mysterious White Witch. Along the way, his courage and compassion are tested as he works to restore hope and balance.

Battles with familiars

Combat combines real-time action with turn-based elements as Oliver fights beside familiars he recruits during the quest. These creatures have individual statistics, abilities, and evolutionary paths, while their elemental strengths and weaknesses are important considerations in tougher encounters.

Magic, exploration, and alchemy

Oliver gains spells used for attacking, healing, travel, and solving puzzles. Exploration also provides ingredients for alchemy, allowing the creation of items, weapons, and armor. Errands and bounty hunts offer additional opportunities to earn experience, currency, and useful rewards.
