Persona 5 Strikers

04 About Persona 5 Strikers

Persona 5 Strikers continues the Phantom Thieves' story a few months after Persona 5. Joker and Morgana return to Tokyo for a summer reunion, but a series of incidents involving stolen desires sends the group on a journey across Japan.

The team investigates Jails, a new kind of cognitive world, while facing the monarchs connected to each location. New allies Sophia and public security officer Zenkichi Hasegawa join the Phantom Thieves as they pursue the source of the chaos.

Real-Time Phantom Thief Combat

Combat replaces Persona 5's turn-based battles with real-time action. Players can control Joker or switch between Phantom Thieves during encounters, using each character's distinct Persona abilities, attacks, and skills. Exploiting elemental weaknesses remains important for gaining advantages and triggering powerful follow-up attacks.

Jails and Exploration

Each city on the road trip contains a Jail to explore. These areas combine combat with stealth segments, environmental puzzles, and opportunities to begin encounters with surprise attacks. The group also manages equipment and items in preparation for tougher enemies.

Persona Growth and Team Bonds

The Velvet Room allows Personas to be fused and strengthened, while Bond skills provide upgrades that support combat and exploration. Character interactions, side quests, and bonding events accompany the journey, keeping the focus on the relationships among the Phantom Thieves.
