Valthirian Arc: Hero School Story is a role-playing game for Nintendo Switch developed by Agate and published by PQube. It places players in charge of a hero academy in Valthiria, where the school must be rebuilt while new students are prepared to face threats across the realm.

The experience combines academy management with quest-based action. Students can be recruited from classes including Knights, Mages, and Scouts, then trained, equipped, and sent out in parties to develop their abilities.

Build the academy

Running the school involves constructing and improving facilities such as classrooms, dormitories, and training grounds. Lessons, resources, and upgrades all contribute to student growth, while the academy's standing with kingdoms and factions can open further opportunities.

Train a new generation of heroes

Students begin as recruits with different strengths and potential. Their progress comes through study, missions, equipment, and class advancement, allowing them to unlock skills and grow into more capable heroes.

Quest and battle

Teams travel through different regions for assignments that include monster hunting and escort work. Combat takes place in real time, with players controlling a party and using each student's abilities and gear against opposing forces. Quest rewards include experience, materials, and loot that can support the academy.
