The Settlers: New Allies is a Nintendo Switch release from Ubisoft, developed and published by Ubisoft. Released on June 22, 2023, it follows the Elari, a people driven from their homeland by a devastating cataclysm.

As their leader, players guide the Elari across unfamiliar lands in search of refuge and a lasting new home. Missions combine settlement growth, exploration, resource planning, and encounters with other factions as the group seeks to uncover the cause of its migration.

Build a functioning settlement

Progress begins with gathering materials such as wood, stone, and iron, then using buildings to turn raw resources into useful goods. Settlers take on specialized work, including lumberjacks, miners, bakers, and soldiers, making tools, food, and other supplies central to a growing community.

Plan production and transport

Economic success depends on connected production chains and efficient routes for moving goods. Building placement affects how far settlers must travel, while housing, food, and other citizen needs must be balanced against expansion. Explore and defend new territory

Maps offer additional resource deposits and opportunities to interact with other cultures. Combat is an optional strategic element that can be used to protect territory or extend influence, while scouting helps identify useful areas before committing to further development.
